By the way, the book keeps moving back and forth between saying "In Stock" and "Out of Stock" on Amazon.  This seems to be the only web site that is doing that.  I checked www.bn.com and it is fine.  On my website, www.SoldOutSoWhat.net it is fine as well.  I think it is just a glitch on Amazon.  The first round of books went out today to everyone who participated in our "Pre-Release Special" as well as a few influential bloggers.  I look forward to everyone's thoughts on the book!
